S3 Design was contracted to renovate their club house with the goal of it becoming a social hub for the community. The modernized and updated club house is open to the public.The new 95 Shore Restaurant and Bar is a 156-seat restaurant with finishes and fixtures chosen to complement the atmosphere of this seaside community which was named one of the 20 best places to live on the Coast in 2019 by Coastal Living magazine.

The wraparound bar now serves as a focal point providing sweeping ocean views and featuring exposed wood beams, oceanic tile, and a custom-fabricated structural steel wine display spanning 17 feet above the bar. A 6,000 sf wraparound deck provides spectacular views of the golf course extending all the way to the ocean. Fire pits for outside social gathering places. In addition, a new large gazebo (perfect for weddings!) with its large fireplace, T.V., and many distinctive accents offers a relaxing space to enjoy the setting sun.
