  • Programming sets the foundation for how much space the project will need. We work with clients during this phase to create a program, if one doesn’t already exist, or refine your existing program with more detail. Ultimately, building a document that represents the spatial requirements for the project.

  • The location of your site can significantly affect and impact several factors including accessibility, zoning regulations, environmental risks, and even aesthetics. S3 will consider and list every aspect to ensure your success from the site selection to the completed project. Our team will also test different locations quickly to help you determine the viability of a site.

  • With an emphasis on athletics and recreation, fitness, and wellness, our team analyzes problems and provides solutions with an understanding of the recruit, student-athlete, and fan experience. Our team will gather data, research competitors, and analyze the site options to provide detailed reports. These reports outline the reasons a site should be considered and ones that would negate it from consideration.

  • Feasibility Studies inherently want to address and identify the character of a site, building, or interior. Our team works both 2-dimensionally and 3-dimensionally so that we can quickly and efficiently show you options for how the project could look. We can then use this information to prepare a document that allows an estimator or contractor to prepare preliminary budgeting.

  • Using a variety of documents ranging from plans, spreadsheets, and renderings, we can work with several trusted estimators and contractors to develop project and construction budgets. These estimates help clients ascertain the viability of the project based on business models, short-term and long-term financial planning, and donor/ investor potential.

  • Feasibility studies are often used to identify donors and investors. Budget estimates help refine the business model and return on investment opportunities. The renderings can help potential financial supporters understand what their investment is going towards and also allow for naming locations to be highlighted in presentations to prospective donors.
